The Metallic Samurai Blue Ranger is a Power Rangers character exclusively appearing in Power Rangers Samurai and Power Rangers Super Samurai. This version is a temporary power-up form for the original Blue Ranger, Kevin.

Kevin, originally a dedicated swimmer, relinquished his Olympic aspirations to fulfill his destiny as a Samurai Ranger. He is known for his disciplined nature and adherence to tradition, often acting as the most focused and serious member of the team.

The Metallic Samurai Blue Ranger form is achieved through a special power disc, granting Kevin enhanced strength, speed, and durability. Visually, the transformation adds a metallic sheen to his standard Blue Ranger suit, highlighting his existing samurai motif.

While a powerful upgrade, the Metallic Samurai mode is not a permanent state and is typically used strategically in battle against particularly formidable Nighlok monsters. He combines the new raw power with the Water element and Samuraï sword fighting style to defeat them.
